Copy screen content

Pick either of the three steps to get what you need.

To capture the whole monitor content:

▪Press PRINT SCREEN on your keyboard.

To capture only the active window:

▪Press ALTGR+PRINT SCREEN.

To select and capture only part of a window or multiple windows:

▪Start the Windows 7 utility Snipping Tool.exe and drag a rectangle around the required area.

Paste screen content

Once you have captured the information required:

▪Press CTRL+V to paste the captured image into your email.
