Biopack Systems can be physically connected using a Mangold USB TTL trigger cable.
You can use the TRIGGER Input of the BIOPACK system to receive a signal from our Mangold VideoSyncPro Studio Software.
To do so, you need activate the USB Switch trigger to send a signal to the BIOPACK system.

Further details can be found in the topic USB Relay Signal.
Connection to BIOPAC
To send a Start/Stop signal from the Mangold Software to a 3rd party system (e.g. BIOPAC) the Mangold TTL cable needs to be connected to an appropriate input of that 3rd party device.
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE ANY TTL INPUT DEVICE / CONNECTION YOUR INDIVIDUALY CONFIGURED BIOPAC SYSTEM MAY ALREADY HAVE. FOR EXAMPLE: BIOPAC TTL Trigger Isolation Adapter – INISO-TRIGA Quote from BIOPAC Website: “This TTL input signal isolator may be used to safely connect TTL pulse signals from externally powered mains equipment to the inputs of an AMI100D or HLT100C module interface or of an IPS100D isolated power supply to mains powered external equipment. This isolation adapter connects a TTL level source to the AMI100D, HLT100C, or IPS100D module in the Control room” |

Please ask your BIOPAC representative which would be the best option for your setup and how to record such a TTL signal in that configuration.
