If the „Connected LabSuite Applications"-Dialog does not show another running LabSuite compatible application, please check the following issues:
No application required
Not all Mangold applications are yet designed to connect to each other! So you simply might not need any of the other LabSuite applications to successfully perform your study.
Only the following applications in the Mangold LabSuite are designed to talk to each other:

There is no network connection between the computers
Please check if a local network connection exists between the computers on which the LabSuite applications are running:
▪Open up a command prompt (Run->"cmd") on one of the computers
▪Type in "ipconfig" and note the network address displayed as "IPv4-Address".
If no such number is displayed, then no network connection is set up on the particular computer.
▪Please talk to your network administrator in that case.
▪Otherwise repeat the procedure on the other computer.
If both computers have valid network addresses, then check if they can communicate with each other:
▪Again open up a command prompt and type in "ping", followed by the network address of the respective other computer.
You should get a number of answers in short succession.
▪If not, contact your network administrator.
▪Repeat the procedure on the other computer.
Windows Firewall is blocking the communication
▪Disable the Windows Firewall on one side and restart the LogSquare application.
▪If that does not resolve the issue, disable the Windows firewall on the other side as well.
A firewall is blocking the UDP communication ports
▪Please check if a Firewall is blocking the communication port, set in the application network settings.
If so, configure your Firewall so that the LabSuite application is allowed to communicate over the network.
▪Please also check if the UDP broadcast ports used by the LabSuite applications to locate each other on the network are open for communication.
Per default, these ports are UDP 54330 to UDP 54339.
Broadcast Ports are all occupied or not allowed in the network
Per default Mangold LabSuite applications are using the 10 UDP ports from the range 54330 to 54339 for broadcast messages on the network.
If more than 10 applications on one computer are using UDP ports from this range, additional started LabSuite applications won’t be found on the network.
▪Either shut down some of the running applications or define a custom port range.
To define a custom port range start the Registry Editor and navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mangold\General\
▪Create a new string key with the name "BroadcastPorts"
▪Add as much port numbers, delimited by "," to the value of the key.
▪Repeat this on every computer in the network.
