Trouble Shooting > Event Playback Issues

In case you are facing any of the following issues:

▪trouble to replay the right video sequence based on Event list entries

▪video positioning with time information from the Event list is off

▪cannot playback the last Event(s) from the Event list

The timing information obviously does not fit the recorded screen video; probably the last time few entries in the Event list have time information that exceed the length of the recorded screen video!

The most probable cause for this, is a serious performance issue on the LogSquare Recorder computer that recorded the session.

It is a know issue in combination with EyeTracking on systems that lack GPU power: To keep up with reality, the recorder starts dropping frames, which results in a screen video that will be shorter than the recorded session, and thus exceed the real life time information available in the Event list! It also results in choppy computer audio during playback.
