Cannot Activate my License

Dongle License

If you are updating the license information for your USB license dongle, based on an updated license file called *.WibuCmRaU.

Should you run into an error message during the update procedure these are the possible causes and solutions:

Arrow-Right-OrangeUpdate File is too old - If you send in a license request, make sure you import the updated license information a.s.a.p., because those update files expire within a week.
Arrow-Right-OrangeUSB port - The license information cannot be read, due to a communication failure.

Arrow-Right-OrangeMissing dll - The CMRMTact32.dll is missing

Request the missing dll and copy it into the INTERACT program folder.

License Number

Of you cannot activate a license key, make sure that:

The key was not used on another computer, those license numbers are hardware locked to a computer.

A stable internet connection is available.

Communication with our license server is not blocked.
