This section of the Observation Settings is only of interest, if you make use of the transcription abilities of INTERACT.

oPause multimedia on entering a comment - As soon as a Code causes the comment dialog to appear, the video is automatically paused.

oContinue playing multimedia after entering a comment - The moment the comment dialog is closed, playback continues.

oCopy comments additionally into a separate column - Because the Transcript field can now also be displayed as a column, this option is only useful in combination with Prefixes.
In addition of entering the text from the Comment dialog into the transcription area, the comment will be entered into an extra comment-column. The name of this column can be altered and in combination with lexical prefixes, separate comment columns will be used, depending on the previously selected Code.

oUse lexical coding Prefix for comment column name - This option allows you to create separate (comment) columns for different types of comments, depending on the Code that was specified a comment Code.
