Rolls MX310

The MX310 is a professional three channel microphone mixer. The mixer was originally designed for people that need to plug 2 or 3 mics into a single mic input.

IMPORTANT: Make sure the OUTPUT LEVEL is set to MIC, to activate the pre-amplifier:
On the side with all the plugs, a little, white, square button (next to the VDC power input), selects the active OUTPUT LEVEL mode.
If the output level mode is set to LINE, audio level in the video will be too low.
On some models, the state of the button is switched!

This audio mixer offers:

oThree balanced XLR audio-in sockets (MIC1, MIC2 and MIC3) with corresponding channel-level nobs (CH1, CH2 and CH3) on the opposite side to regulate the audio-level per input device.

oOne XLR audio-out socket - connected to the network Audio-Encoder.

oOne 3.5 mm stereo auxiliary-input to connect any stereo line-level source such as a phone, AM/FM tuner, CD player etc.

oOne 3.5 mm stereo output for headphones or connection to a camera, computer, ear buds, or other audio monitoring device.

oAudio clipping; this LED begins to light 3dB below actual circuit clipping. This allows you to reduce the clipping of the audio signal during testing by turning the channel "down".

oThree simultaneously usable channels.

All sockets are clearly labeled on the device itself:
