Remote Viewing and Controlling Issues

Viewing Room Related Issues

oMangold Multimedia Application in the viewing room is not visible in the Broadcast panel of VideoSyncPro Studio - Verify that that the Mangold Multimedia Player software is running on the viewing room computer and that this computer is properly connected to the camera network.
Ensure that all required network settings and protocols are enabled, as described in Network Communication.

No Video Image is transferred to the viewing room

Remote Observer Related Issues

oMangold Remote Observer cannot connect to the Mangold Recorder - Verify that the Remote Observer device is connected to the same network, as explained in Remote Observe a VSP Studio session.
Ensure that all required network settings and protocols are enabled, as described in Network Communication.

oMangold Remote Observer cannot send video feeds to the viewing room - Check the firewall rules, as described in Network Communication.

oMangold Remote Observer cannot display videos - This feature is only available on Windows. The Android version of this app can only be used to remotely control a Mangold recorder station.

oMangold Remote Obeserver can not control the connected recorder station - If a connection can be established, and Marker can be logged, but no control features are available, the option Restrict connection to authorized users only is probably activated in the the VideoSyncPro application settings on the Control tab. To prevent that every Remote Control user can indeed control the recording, enter a valid name and password before connecting, for those that are allowed to control.
