There are two ways to use an INTERACT template, depending on where you did save your template.
From the Template folder
▪Make sure your template is saved inside the special Templates folder, as described in Save a Template.
▪Choose Start - Files - New > New from template... from the toolbar.
▪Choose a template from the upcoming 'Template' dialog.
▪Select the template of your choice and click on the OK button.
All predefined items from the template are now available in the new data-file.
| TIP: | Create a network based location for the Mangold INTERACT Data folder to share the specific 'Template' folder among different coders in the same network, or assign a different central storage location for your templates. Please read Save a template and INTERACT file storage structure for details. |
From any other Folder
If your template file is saved anywhere else, in an easy accessible folder:
▪Click Start - Files - Open
in the toolbar.
▪Select the template file and confirm.
INTERACT creates an unnamed copy of the selected file.
