For each time a (set of) checklist(s) must be filled out, a session is required.

As an Administrator, you can create those sessions manually in CheckIT or remotely by an external system like Mangold VideoSyncPro Studio.

A session is typically created for a single scenario. This means that when joining a session, the users can pick their User Group (or user type) to access the checklist they need.

VideoSyncPro Studio automatically creates a new session whenever a new recording is started.
