Note: Adding an Emotionalyzer device automatically adds a webcam view. No need to add a webcam device to record the face.
To record live emotion detection, use the Emotionalyzer module:
▪Click + Add Device in the Participant Station window.
▪Click Emotionalyzer.
The calibration routine starts automatically.
▪If you have more than one webcam, close the instant calibration window, to select another webcam.
▪Select the webcam that provides a frontal image of the participant.
▪Make sure the face is evenly lit.
▪Wait for the calibration to finish.
▪Confirm your selection with OK.
The device will now appear in the configuration screen:
