Column declaration

Frequency

= number of occurrences per Code.
For numerical Classes, this value shows the summary of all values.

Average count per interval

= the average of the frequency per given interval

Frames

= total duration per Code in number of video frames

Duration

= total duration per Code in seconds.milliseconds

MinDur

= duration of the shortest Event per Code

MaxDur

= duration of the longest Event per Code.

Percent

= duration-based percentage per Code, in relation to the selected time frame (i.e. the duration between start- and end time as currently shown in the Timeline Chart window)

TIP: If you visualize multiple DataSets in the Timeline Chart and those DataSet do not have the exact same length, the percentage is calculated as follows:

a)  if the DataSet exactly fits into the Timeline Chart window (=100%), the percentage is calculated over the total length of that window.

*OR*

b) if the DataSet does not fill up the Timeline Chart window completely (INTERACT uses the maximal time extension of all displayed DataSets to draw the Timeline Chart), the real length of that DataSet is used as the 100% basis.

*OR*

c) if you have zoomed-in on your data (and thus have cut off data on one or both sides of a DataSet), then this zoomed-in fragment is the 100% basis.

To be able to accurately compare DataSets in one Timeline Chart report, all DataSets should have the same length AND the same position in time.

For this purpose, INTERACT can virtually move DataSets in time with the DataSetOffset command.

For further details, read Move DataSets Virtually in Time.

Latency in seconds

= Elapsed time between start time of Set and first occurrence of that Code.

MeanSec

= average length of all logged Events per Code in seconds

GeoMeanSec

= geometric average length of all logged Events per Code in seconds

HarmMeanSec

= harmonic average length of all logged Events per Code in seconds

DurVariance

= variance of the lengths of all Events per Code.

DurDeviation

= standard deviation of the lengths of all Events per Code.

GapCount

= number of not coded intervals per Code.

GapDurSec

= total duration of not coded intervals per Code.

MinGapDur

= duration of the shortest not coded interval

MaxGapDur

= duration of the longest not coded interval

GapMeanSec

= average length of all not coded intervals per Code in seconds

GapGeoMeanSec

= geometrical average length of all not coded intervals per Code in seconds

GapDurVariance

= variance of the lengths of all not coded intervals per Code.

GapDurDeviation

= standard deviation of the lengths of all not coded intervals for the respective Codes.
