A scenario reflects a combination of available questionnaires and user groups for a specific test scenario or situation.

A Scenario must contain at least one user group (e.g., Observer), which is sufficient if all users use the same checklist.

When different checklists apply to different types of observers/users, having multiple user groups (e.g., doctors, nurses, and supervisors) allows you to assign the correct checklist (s) per user group.

When using the CheckIT app in combination with VideoSyncPro Studio recording system, the scenarios must match the scenarios available within the recording system.
