To familiarize yourself with the application, here a quick overview of the available tool bars:
Tab: Start
The first tab offers various file related commands, logically grouped:
oFiles - The default file commands like Open, Open recent, Save project, Save all Projects and Close project can be found here.
oShow - Offers the commands to show the Events and User video panels.
oObservation - Holds the commands to setup and adjust the observation mode, start your observations and specify the Codes you want to use.
oExport -The Export routine for exporting the screen and user video in various ways, as explained in Export screen video, is started from here.
Tab: Analysis
It is possible to get the statistics on all Tasks, User Activities (Events) and Codes over a selection of multiple sessions/project files in the Statistics dialog which can be called from here.
Tab: General
This tab offers various general application wide commands:
oSettings - Opens the application settings dialog, as described in LogSquare Recorder Settings.
oLabSuite Apps - Opens a dialog that lists all currently running Mangold LabSuite applications, that are found within the same network. All listed applications are ready to comunicate.
oSystem Specs - Opens a dialog that holds the most important system specifications. You can copy those into a support email to speed up trouble shooting.
oUpdate - If you have the Mangold SoftwareManager installed and a working internet connection, this command verifies if any updates are available.
oHelp - Opens the LogSquare help file.
oInfo - Shows details about the software and its exact version number.
